Cancellation Policy
We value your time and commitment to your wellness journey. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: 24-hour Cancellation: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients who may be waiting. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a full charge for the missed session. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please inform us as soon as possible, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Late Arrivals: Arriving late may reduce the duration of your session to respect the schedules of other clients. Please arrive on time to enjoy the full benefits of your appointment.
