Who We Are

We are here to nurture, heal and support.

We are dedicated to making our clients feel held as soon as they enter our healing house.  We promote holistic wellness through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Rooted in centuries-old traditions, our clinic offers a sanctuary where healing and balance are nurtured through individualized consultations, customized oils, herbbalized steams and ancient treatments such as Shirodhara.

Our team of experienced wellness experts are passionate about guiding you on your journey to optimal health.  Our treatments are over 5000 years old and are designed to help restore balance, release trauma, and drive a reconnection with one's nature and spirit. We believe in the power of natural medicine and the body's innate ability to heal itself.

Whether you seek relief from specific ailments or desire to enhance your overall well-being, we are here to support you every step of the way. Our treatments are tailored to your unique constitution, ensuring that you receive the most effective and personalized care possible.

At Wildcraft Ayurveda, we are more than just a clinic—we are a community dedicated to fostering a lifestyle of balance, vitality, and inner peace.  At Wildcraft you will step inside a cozy home enveloped in warmth and love. You will be greeted by therapists busy crafting customized oils, preparing muslin boluses filled with herbs and milk while the scent of fresh chai lofts through the air. A stream of incense cleanses each treatment room while clients are pampered as they listen to the relaxing hum of ancient mantras.

Meet Jessica Oker

Ayurvedic Practitioner

I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner dedicated to educating and supporting individuals navigate toward wellness, through the discovery and practice of Ayurveda.

What sets me apart?

I have battled chronic illness my entire life. I know firsthand what chronic illness takes. It takes away joy, patience, energy, focus, hope and your finances. Chronic illness is a thief that steals beauty, time and love from oneself, our relationships and our families. In return, we are blessed with pain, regret and a limited life that does not meet our potential, nor align with our unique gifts.

Ayurveda found me at a point in my life when physicians advised I had years, if not weeks left to live. In a relatively short period of time, I was forced to learn how to heal myself. In return, I have dedicated my future to helping others discover Ayurveda.

Consultations available in English and in French
