How to steam one's vagina?
Obtain a Yoni Stool (stool with an opening) that allows one to sit comfortably over an opening. Bring 4-6 cups of water and 4-6 teaspoons of herbs, flowers and spices of choosing and place the heated concoction into a stainless steel or glass bowl. Place the bowl under the stool, undress from the waist down, cover oneself fully with either a towel or a yoni robe and sit upon the stool. This should be a pleasant experience and if excess heat is generated causing discomfort, one should wait for a lower temperature before resuming steaming. Piercings should be removed prior to steaming. Steaming should last about 15 to 20 minutes and can be experienced 1 to 3 times per month.
Who should avoid Yoni Svedana?
Yoni steaming should be avoided during pregnancy or during active menstruation. Yoni steaming should not occur after immediate postpartum or during an active vaginal infection or an active open wound.

Vata - Angelica, Elecampane Ginger, Camomile, Orange Blossom, Anise Basil or Cardamom.
